Transfer rule is not visible on the workflow with the red arrow -
Description
Transfer rules are not indicated visually on the workflow with Red Arrow if the 'Status change by' is used.
Currently because of this the user is unable to see if there exists a transfer rule or not.
This works like designed in 5.6.4.
