If the oracle database uses NDE the Stat Oracle agent wont start showing error below in the log file:ERROR - Unable to connect to database for environment Dev1.Please verify the APPS username and password and listener port and service name in Stat's configuration.Exception: Oracle Error: ORA-12650FATAL - Fatal: Stat validation of environment failed. Unable to start Stat Oracle AgentThe EBS database ERPDEV is in NDE, Network Data Encryption.
