Is it possible to rename or relabel the CSR fields like "Project" or "Alt Number"? -
Description
Does STAT CSR have any field to capture Risk of the ticket. We do not want to use Priority as we need that for ticket prioritization. Is it possible to rename/relabel "Project" or "Alt Number" field to "Risk"
