Sometime when the CSR goes in read only mode and you are not able to solve the issue by back end, it could be that the Stat Agent Event table is full. In this case is useful to run the 'Purge Stat Agent Event Table' job.
1. Go to Maintenance | Stat Central Agent | Job Maintenance, highlight the 'Purge Stat Agent Event Table' job.
2. Go to Schedule Tab, select Run Once and check the flag Run Immediate. Apply.
