Description
Patch Impact analysis is not showing any objects affected. The impact analysis report is blank sometime or even if there it does not show the objects affected.
Put the OA in Debug mode returns the below errors:- Unable to verify either Oracle Agent version or Stat Repository version!java.sql.SQLException: ORA-21000: error number argument to raise_application_error of -1000 is out of rangeORA-06512: at "STAT.GET_NEXT_ID", line 140- the ORA-01000: Maximum open cursor exceeded -
Cause
Database Open Cursor Parameter. -
Resolution
Due to the nature of the error the issue is at DB level, maybe the open cursor parameter or so on...Once fixed the Open cursor error the OA can start and run the patch impact analysis.
