CSR doesn't change status even though approver has approved the CSR with mail.
When an approval is generated from within CSR an email is sent to approver trough central agent.
Then the approver, approves it by clicking APPROVE link in the email received,
a mail is sent back to central agent. The CSR status doesn't change as expected.
