Unable to connect to SVN
Description

When trying to configure SVN connection and test connect we receive the following error:
IOException while executing command: CreateProcess: svn info --non-interactive -r 1907 --username ###### --password ######## "http://hostname:80/foldername/" error=2
Cause

The host does not have SVN client installed.
Resolution

The host for the Stat central agent needs to have SVN client installed. User can verify this by using the command "svn help".
