Receiving emails, but getting an error in the log file
Description
Getting this error ( javax.ejb.EJBException: java.lang.NullPointerException ) only in the Stat web client in Stat 6.1
Cause
The SMTP connection settings does not translate well when the username and password fields are empty. However this issue only occurs in the Stat web client.
Resolution
The workaround for now is to place a single blank space in the username and password field to indicate that the values are not null. The permanent solution is schedule to be released in the Stat 6.2 version.
