"Source File Locations For peoplesoft" report shows the inactive locations as "A" Active
Description

File location under Maintenance | General | Object Types | peoplesoft File Objects | <Choose an object type, for example SQR> | File Location tab is inactive but when the report "Source File Locations For peoplesoft" runs the "Status" column in the Excel output file shows the value of "A" which means Active when it should be "I" for Inactive.
Cause

This issue is caused by exisiting .jrxml files in STAT_HOME\Report\general-maintenance\format directory on Stat server machine.
Resolution

Thre are two attached zip files:
564+File+Location+Report+mods.zip is for all Stat 5.6.x versions.
570+file+location+report+mods.zip is for Stat 5.7.0 and 5.7.1 versions.
Zip files contain 5 .jrxml files. Unzip the attached zip file. On Stat server host, go to <stat_home>\Report\general-maintenance\format location and take out the existing <files with same name as in zip file>.jrxml and .jasper and store them in another location outside of %STAT_Agent_HOME. Copy the .jrxml files in the zip file to <stat_home>\Report\general-maintenance\format. The .jasper files get re-created next time the reports run.
