I have several active applications under Maintenance | Domain Specific | Applications but see only one application in the CSR under application drop down menu.
RESOLUTION:
1. Log into Stat windows client
2. Go to Maintenance | Security settings | User Maintenance | highlight the Stat user | click on the "Other Information" tab on top
3. Go to the "Application Access" tab. Do you have any applications listed here? If yes, this means that this is the only application you have access to. When you enter applications under "application access" tab, these are the only ones that the user sees. If you want to see all applications in the CSR do not select any applications under this section and leave it blank
