ORA-12154 when trying to test connect from editini.exe -
Description
We are running on Server 2008 - 64 Bit. We installed Oracle 11G - 64 bit client - we successfully connect with sqlplus but we receive the following error in STAT.
ORA-12154
We tried in 32-bit Compatible mode and without.

Cause
Oracle client 64-bit was installed on the Windows machine.

Resolution
Stat is a 32-bit application so Oracle client 32-bit need to be install instead of 64-bit.
