RESOLUTION:
1. Make sure to take a good back-up of the stat db before doing any purging. All data about the CSR will be gone after purging.
2. Go to Object Mgmt | Archive purge wizard and select the CSR/archive sets you want to purge
3. Go to Maintenance | Stat central agent | Job Maintenance. Create a new job called purge deleted archive set. This job purges all data regarding deleted archive sets. It is service domain independent and needs to be set up only once to purge deleted archive set data across all service domains.
4. Go to Tools | CSR Purge Wizard and select the csr that you want to purge. Prior to purging the csr, you need to make sure to purge all archive sets for that CSR using step 2 and 3.
