The migrations are not recognized by Sync Wizard (4250724)

We want to sync two environment: ERPDEV and ERPPTCH. I've run migration with Sync Wizard multiple times and expect not to see any difference after running sync but Sync continue to return differences

The wizard will show up on the same csr if let's say the archive set that you are trying to synch have 4 objects, but only 3 objects are locked in the target db. Although Stat allow you to do the migration, but the the csr will keep on showing up. This is an issue that we will be address in STAT-255.

WORKAROUND:

Make sure you have a lock for all objects in the target db.
