Does Stat Server/Agent 5.5.4 version works on Windows 2008 R2 64bit? The Release notes mentioned:
Note: the Stat server can run on Windows 64bit (Windows7 or Windows 2008 server) if the compatibility is set to 32bit

RESOLUTION:
Stat 5.5.4 version works fine on Windows 2008 R2 64bit. There is no need to configure for compatibilty mode (32-bit) - this is only for Stat Windows Client (GUI).
