The Merge/Compare Wizard gives error "This Type is not supported" when comparing multiple objects of Package Body.
WORKAROUND:
On the screen where you see those objects = Package Body with message "This type is not supported". If you go ahead and highlight/select any row (Package Body) and click next button, you will get a comparison report of the schema object (this applies to more than just package bodies).
STATUS:
