The following error occur when trying to migrate request set:
Upload from stage tables
Error loading seed data for STAGE_PROG: APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME = XXEA, REQUEST_SET_NAME = EAEDIINOUK, STAGE_NAME = STAGE20, SEQUENCE = 10, ORA-01403: no data found
Error loading seed data for REQ_SET_LINKS: APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME = XXEA, REQUEST_SET_NAME = EAEDIINOUK, ORA-01403: no data found

Cause
Concurrent program was not added to the archive set

Resolution
This issue was resolved after adding the proper concurrent program along with the request set for migration. Take a look at the following link for recommendations of how to troubleshoot this issue.
