From Application Maintenance screen, the Application Tab column shows (Inactive)Generic Applications.
WORKAROUND:
1. Go to Maintenance | General | Service Domains
2. Locate Domain = XXX then scroll to the right. Verify if column CSR Generic Tab is check. If not, then check it.
4. Logout of the stat windows client for the changes to take effect
