Special Processing Tab config does not delete all processed emails from Stat Inbox
Description
Our inbound STAT email acocunt is named StatMailer. Frequently, it receives returned emails or out of the office emails that we want to automatically skip and have deleted from the inbox. This is even more important now that we are trying to turn on "Accept Inbound CSRs".
