Is there a way to configure the STAT Windows client to send me an email notification if the Central agent or one of the Oracle Agents goes down?

Resolution
There is no way in Stat Window's Client to configure/send email notification about status of Stat Central Agent or Oracle Agents.However, you may want to write your own apps to ping the MERC_WAKE table to see if the timestamp is getting updated (column - UPDATE_DT). If the UPDATE_DT is not updated with current timestamp, then that’s mean the agent is down.
