When migrating a stat/peoplesoft project. Did not see anything in the migration log. see attachment. I was able to migrate with no stat error when using a different staging db.

RESOLUTION:
According to Stat Development the error 23 message:
it’s probably a once in a lifetime event (unless they have some strange performance network issues going on especially through VPN connection). Usually when you click Migrate, the Migration Console popups up and becomes the active window. In order to look at the contents of an archive set, you have to click on the CSR (which becomes active) and then the archive set. This message occurs when the migration console became the active window in the nanosecond between clicking the CSR and the archive set.
At any rate, if the customer tries the original staging db again, it should be ok. It shouldn’t have anything to do with the staging db.
