Cause
Starting with Stat 5.6.3 and higher, STATLOGIN User ID password required Encrypted Login Password String from STAT INI Editor

Resolution
1. Open STAT INI Editor
2. Create a Profile for DBMS type, ServerName, LoginID=STATLOGIN
3. Click Change Password button
4. Enter "ANINEM632" twice
5. The new Encrypted Login Password will display on the main screen
6. Click on any other field and click Test Connection button to test the password
7. Save your changes and exit the STAT INI Editor program
