As per System Administration Guide, the settings for e-mail were configured. The 'Test Connect' button is successful but outgoing emails are not sent.
The information in stat_agent.log shows the application handling (for example) a CSR, acknowledging the Business Rule to send an e-mail, but it doesn't send, or is recorded in the log. The same happens for sending a Password Reset e-mail to users. The application says the e-mail was sent, the database table is updated, but nothing shows in the logs and no e-mail is received. Sending e-mail from the server command line arrives correctly.
