Need help setting up Shell Script Custom w/Prod object
Description

I need to set up a custom shell script but when I try to fetch the object, no object is retrieved.

From the log I see the following error:
getFileList(home/applmgr/VISDB/fs1/EBSapps/appl/xxquest/12.0.0/template/,,sh, .)
Cause

The object is not on the proper location on the E-business environment (following the oracle path structure for each object type)
The object file location is not defined properly.
The file extension has to be set as: .sh OR .sh,.* for multiple extensions.
Resolution

The shell script file has to be under $ProdTop/bin (you could also use $ProdTop/templates or any other name since it's complying with the Oracle structure).
