New created CSR shows old logs/arc sets which are not present in the CSR.
Description

We created a new CSR, but in the process request tab we can see logs for arc set 8, 23 which are not even part of this CSR.
Cause

probably something happen running the upgrade scripts.
Resolution

Solution
From a sqlplus session against Stat DB run the following statement:
UPDATE MERC_OA_DETAIL
SET DETAIL_VALUE1 = '0'
WHERE DETAIL_TYPE='MID'
AND UPDATE_DT < (SELECT MIN(RUN_DT)
FROM STAT_DBSCRIPT_TBL
WHERE STAT_VERSION LIKE '5.7%');
commit;
