SQL Optimizer incorrectly asks for bind variables
Description

SQL Optimizer is erronously asking for bind variables, when there is an UPDATE command in a select statement.

If the update is written as a plain select statement, (without UPDATE), it works ok.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None.
