Getting the following error when installing SQL Optimizer for Oracle

Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly
'DevExpress.XtraScheduler.v10.2.Core, Version="10.2.5.0",ProcessorArchitecture="MSIL",PublicKeyTokem="B88D1754D700E49A",Culture="neutral".

RESOLUTION 1: Make sure you have the correct .NET Framework. For Windows Vista, Windows 2008, and Windows 7, you will need .NET Framework 2.0. If you have only .NET Framework 3.0, 4.0 or later installed, you must also install .NET Framework 2.0 and the service pack or you must install .NET Framework 3.5 (which includes .NET 2.0 with Service Pack 1).

RESOLUTION 2: If you already have the correct .NET Framework, please try to re-install the required .NET 2.0 with SP1.
