Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle 8.5. I cannot activate it. I cannot remove the Trial Key. It will take my Commercial license key, but it reverts or changes back to Trial when I restart or reboot the app.

Cause
Issues with Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle 8.5 activating an 'old' format license key.

Resolution
If you are using the 'old format' 21-digit Toad for Oracle license key, please contact Quest License Department at license@quest.com, and request for a 'new format' (long and alphanumeric) license keys and use that instead.
