'Index was out of range' error when selecting an existing batch in the Batch Optimizer (4237016)

The following error appears in the Batch Optimizer when selecting an existing batch:

"The following unhandled error has occurred:
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: Index"

Steps to reproduce:  

1. Open SQL Optimizer
2. Open Batch Optimizer
3. Under 'Batch Job List' click + against batch list
4. Click on the Batch
5. Under 'Job Status' click: 'Need to review SQL (Click here to review)'
6. Click 'Go to first SQL that needs its status reviewed'

Wait 2 or 3 seconds and the error occurs.
