Alternate SQLs are not showing in Tuning Lab -
Description
When sending queries from Toad to SQL Optimizer and clicking the "Optimize and Index" button in Tuning Lab, no alternative SQLs are being generated.

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
Set the "Optimization Intelligence" and "Index Expert Intelligence" levels to a higher value.
RESOLUTION 2:
Instead of clicking the "Optimize and Index", click the "Optimize" buttonRESOLUTION 3:
Be sure that SQL Optimizer is done processing the original SQL. There should be a status bar in the bottom of the window showing the optimization progress.
