SQL Optimizer for DB2 not working when "Use plan table from SYSTOOLS" selected -
Description
When the new ‘Use plan table from SYSTOOLS’ option is enabled (in File | Options | General), SQL Optimizer is not doing anything during SQL Rewrite.
