Plus and minus signs (+) and (-) are not available and cannot expand database objects (4351237)

When user opens the Database Browser, the plus (+) and minus (-) signs are missing for the 'Views', 'Indexes' and 'triggers'.

This happens when the user has 'SELECT ANY DICTIONARY' privilege, which allows the user to see other schemas' objects.
If user has this privilege, SQL Navigator should use 'DBA_dictionary' tables instead of 'ALL_Dictionary' tables.

WORKAROUND:
Create dummy objects in the nodes that are missing the (+) and (-) symbols. This will allow you to view the rest of your objects in that node.

STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 5.5.
