In the previous SQL Navigator 5.0 version, the user would go to the command prompt and type "SET TNS_ADMIN=C:\<Location of the TNSNAMES file>" and SQL Navigator will overide what was in the registry and load the specified TNSNAMES.ora file. Now in SQL Navigator 5.1, it ignores the command line override and reads strictly from the TNS_ADMIN value from the registry.
