Auto run script at connect does not work in version 7 (4335116)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Create a sql script with the following content for example:

ALTER SESSION SET NLS_LANGUAGE=AMERICAN;
ALTER SESSION SET NLS_TERRITORY=AMERICA;
ALTER SESSION SET PLSQL_OPTIMIZE_LEVEL = 3;
ALTER SESSION SET PLSQL_CODE_TYPE = NATIVE;

Then add this script in View | Preferences | General | Session | Auto run script at connect

Then close SQL Navigator for Oracle 7  and reopen it.
SQL Navigator for Oracle will open the script but ill not execute it showing the error

" No text to run"
