When user clicks on a .sql or .prc file from a Windows directory, previous versions of SQL Navigator would bring the file up in the last session opened, or if there wasn't one open it would start a new one and bring up the file in an Editor after the program was up and running.
SQL Navigator 6.0 does not use the latest open session, it always starts a new one. In addition, it does not open the file. It only brings up a blank Editor window. It never opens the file which user double-clicked to edit.
