Error "FieldAsInteger: List index out of bounds (-1) - Index out of bounds" when opening up th
Description

when I double click to open up the user information to be able to change a password or default tablespace, I am gettng the following error message.
"09:05:30 Oracle Query: FieldAsInteger: List index out of bounds (-1) - Index out of bounds"

This happened after upgrading form v6.2 to 6.3
Resolution

Reset Preferences i.e.
View | Preferences | Reset
