Debugger crashes or jumps out of debugging when connected to an 11g database (4308935)

 A procedure has compiled successfully with debug. Set breakpoints and start debugging. After stepping through a couple of breakpoints, the debugger terminates with the following error, or sometimes produces an exception error.

This only seems to happen on an 11g database. If I debug the same procedure in a 10g database, I can step right through to the end.
