SQL query with date columns returns a different result in SQLPlus and SQL Navigator -
Description
Running the same query in SQL*Plus or Toad for Oracle gives different results to that returned in SQL Navigator. Two rows are displayed for the same ID in SQL*Plus, whereas SQL Navigator only displays one row.
