After running a query with multiple lines, the Scroll Up button no longer works (4301044)

After running or executing a SQL query statement with multiple lines, the Scroll Up button no longer works.  It does not scroll up or down.

If another Editor window is opened, the same issue happens on the original Editor window and the new Editor window.

Example steps:

1. Open an Editor
2. Enter a 10 line query
3. Run the query
4. Shrink the upper part of the Editor so that the Scroll Bar will appear
5. Open another Editor
6. Run another query
7. Go back to the original Editor
8. The Scroll Up and Down buttons will not work and therefore could not see the whole query statement.

WORKAROUND:
Single-click inside the query statement text area, which will make the wheel mouse work to scroll up and down the text contents. The Scroll Up and Down buttons will start working again as well after the aforementioned single-click inside the query text area.

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of SQL Navigator for Oracle.
