Lost Functionality in LOB and XML Viewers (4247984)

Lost Functionality from LOB and XML Viewers in version 6.1.
In version 5.5.4 this feature was working fine.
To replicate in version 5.5.4:
- (C)LOB Viewer:
-- do a SELECT from a table with a CLOB column
-- double click on the CLOB column to bring up the LOB editor

- XML Viewer
-- do a SELECT from a table with an XMLType column (where the XMLType is
simply stored as a CLOB)
-- double click on the XMLType column to bring up the XML editor


Please notice:
- that for the XML editor in SQLNav 6.1 there are no menu / icon options at
the top of the viewer
- that for the LOB editor in SQLNav 6.1 there are fewer menu / icon options
at the top of the viewer
