Add documentation to Help regarding the Formatter Tool. Users are impressed with the degree of control the Formatting Options provide but are frustrated with trial and error of finding/determining the control they need to use. In particular, users think of the kind of thing they are trying to format (SELECT, DECODE, PROCEDURE, etc) and then its subcomponents, so if the Help could be organized by the thing and then the user could drill down into the options for formatting the thing's subcomponents that would be truly helpful.
