Ability to specify a list of keywords to describe how they should be seen in formatted output (4237945)

In versions of SQL Navigator prior to 6.1, in the formatter options, I was able to specify a list of keywords the way I wanted to see them in formatted output. They could be specified under each branch (keywords, built-in, built-in packages, other identifiers) in the CASE node. In version 6.1 this is not available any longer. Is there a way to specify these lists in version 6.1?

A new formatting engine is being used as of version 6.1. This new formatting engine does not have the option.
