Cursor key not painted on screen when held down to move through code in the Editor
Description

In v7.3 when you hold down the cursor key in the Editor (for example in a package) the cursor appears to move two characters along before stopping - even though it is still moving, but not being painted on the screen. When you release the cursor key, the visual cursor jumps to where it really is in the code.

WORKAROUND:
None.
