SQL Navigator
The user has many different users that do not have administrator rights on the local machines. When the non administrator users try to access version control they receive an error " Error initializing team coding: Failed to initialize VCS provider: SCC provider initialization failed: SCC provider (PVCS Source Control) is not installed or configured."
