User having issues downloading SQL Navigator software or documents from SupportLink.
Pop-up blockers, anti-virus programs, or other network security settings not allowing user to download files.
1. Make sure all pop-up blockers are disabled.
- Check the browser's pop-up blocker.
- Check if you're running a toolbar from Google or Yahoo that has a pop-up blocker.
- Check for any other pop-up blocker from anti-virus programs or 3rd party applications.
2. Try a different browser.
3. Check with your Network Admin
- Are you behind a firewall?
- Are you allowed to download .exe files?
- Is Javascript is enabled on your browser?
4. Try downloading from a computer outside of the company network or at home.
5. Contact your account representative at sales@quest.com and request software be shipped to you.
