Error received after launching SQL Navigator and executing a SQL Script in the SQL Editor:
Confirmation and Text:
"Program may have become unstable" -
Cause
Some registry entries haven't been updated after upgrading SQL Navigator from an older version.

Resolution
NOTE: Please backup your registry settings before making any modifications.
WORKAROUND 1:
Delete the following entries from the registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software\SQL Navigator\Docking Windows as well as all of the other SQL Navigator versions: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software\SQL Navigator X.X.X \Docking Windows
WORKAROUND 2:
Close SQL Navigator application to go to the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER | Software | Quest Software | Rename SQL Navigator folder to .old then launch SQL Nav.
WORKAROUND 3:
Perform a complete uninstall, then re-install the desired version of SQL Navigator. The latest version of SQL Navigator can be download at: http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp.WORKAROUND 4:
Upgrade your Oracle client to the 10g version or newer.
