Exception error at launch of SSMS when Spotlight Tuning Pack and ApexSQL Source Control are installed.
Description

The following exception error is received at launch of SSMS when Spotlight Tuning Pack and ApexSQL Source Control plugin tools are installed:
"System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException: The invocation of the constructor on type 'Quest.Plugin.SQLServerDiscovery.Controls.DevExpressGridControl' that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception."
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
1. Close SSMS and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18 GA\Extensions folder
2. Copy ‘SpotlightExtensions’ folder to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18 GA\Common7\IDE\Extensions folder
3. Rename the attached SSMS.txt file to SSMS.exe.config. Backup existing SSMS.exe.config file under C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18 GA\Common7\IDE folder. Overwrote the existing file with the provided file.
4. Reopen SSMS
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in future release of Spotlight Tuning Pack.
