When I enter the Key and the site message, the OK button is still grayed out.

Wrong site message

Resolution
Make sure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the site message when you enter it into the field. You might also be entering the wrong site message. To obtain your correct license key and site message, please email license@quest.com, and request your license key and site message for the product you are trying to use.
