Spotlight is not collecting OS data, O/S data not showing (4341764)

An attempt to access Win32_OperatingSystem class on the <monitored_server_name>  server  using wmic command fails with  "The paging file is too small for this operation to complete"  error.
 

You can first verify the permissions by trying to change the service owner (of Quest Diagnostic service on DS machine) 
But if some WMIc queries are working and WMI query complains that Windows paging file is too small then start troubleshooting with increasing paging file size and checking that the  monitored_server  operating system is up-to-date.
