Enhancement request Spotlight read-only group should able to Acknowledge, Snooze and ignore alarm.
Description

The Spotlight Read Only group should remain a read only group. However, looking at the authorities granted to the 'Spotlight Users Group' they have almost administrator permissions. Therefore there is a need for an enhancement request to create Spotlight read only group that can acknowledge, snooze and ignore an alarm.
Resolution

We have an enhancement request in place (JIRASOSSE-3032) to implement this request. As usuall every enhancement is a subject of management's review and approval.
