In version 12.3.1 when the following conditions are set:
1. Connection failure alarm is set to not require acknowledgment;
2. The alarm action include "has existed for more than x minutes";
The alarm is not sent out to email recipients, therefore, it requires a workaround.
What time value is “Number of retries before issuing an alarm” based on?
What is the time duration of that feature?
